As CCO and CEO in the private sector since the early eighties, a huge part of Ole Knokgård’s career has been in the management consulting industry. Ole has acted as a trusted advisor to executive managers, managers and employees in a broad range of both private and public organizations primarily located in Scandinavia.
Furthermore, Ole has more than 30 years of experience from boards and the top management level, and as a consultant and CEO his focus has been developing potential and talent in companies and organizations.
To move organizations and companies to “being at our best” has always been Ole’s mantra, and together with University of Bedfordshire this mantra developed into the SGP-model (Sustainability, Growth and Performance). The model ensures a holistic understanding of the company and creates clearness of the most essential areas, which the company must develop to ensure peak performance. The areas would range from leadership, Branding, HR, Marketing to “simply” guiding potential transformational changes such as; mergers, acquisitions, re-engineering and turnarounds.
Ole believes that a positive dialogue is crucial for companies, organizations and people to progress and succeed. “After all,” he says “organizations and companies are created by humans and not chess pieces.”
